This book would be a bible to bee keepers throughout the world. As a beekeeper for many years this book has updated all the things I thought I knew about keeping bees in todays environment. Comprehensive and Informative beekeeping for novice and expert. Well recommended.

Large font makes the book difficult to read

I bought this book without realizing it had large text for the visually impaired. The information in the book is excellent and comprehensive but is extremely difficult to read due to the large font. Overall there is also a lack of photographs and drawings that would have significantly improved the readability of the book. Although the content is really good, this is not a book that you would pick up and enjoy reading due to the large font being difficult to read. maybe a visually impaired person might like the book but I did not.

This book is a must for the beekeeper in NZ. It covers all the information required for a novice beekeeper (which I am). It is recommended by my local bee club. The information is detailed and comprehensive. Highly recommended!
